We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, delicious breakfast with various choices, and great mountain view from our room. We also appreciated the convenient undercover parking and the wonderful spa.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service from the train station which made our arrival stress-free. The all-you-can-eat breakfast had a great variety of Western and Chinese food and the staff was friendly and attentive. the room had a stunning view of the mountains and was equipped with comfortable amenities.

The hotel's location is quite remote and there is not much to do outside of the hotel. We had to travel a fair distance to find restaurants and activities, which was not ideal for our romantic getaway.

The room had a beautiful view of the mountains and the undercover parking was convenient. the front desk staff were friendly and attentive. the hotel also offered a complimentary shuttle bus to the train station, which saved me some money.

The location is quite far from the city center and there were no bike rentals available. the breakfast was chaotic and the staff did not refill items like fruit and coffee cups.

The hotel offers wonderful spa treatments, and guests have raved about the beautiful mountain views from the rooms. Breakfast is prompt and the staff works hard to keep the area clean. the undercover parking is also a plus, and front desk staff are reportedly very helpful.

Some aspects of the hotel were not up to par, such as the lack of advertised amenities. One guest reported disappointment that there was no restaurant or bar, while another noted the staff's discomfort with English-speaking guests.
